WHAT ME WORRY? IMMERSIVE WORKSHOP AT THE BLUE SPIRIT RESORT
Neal’s workshops aim squarely at that snarky voice in your head that claims that you are unlovable, a fraud, not quite good enough, or an inch away from screwing up. You’ll meet your own inner critic, and learn techniques to silence it, at least sometimes.
Join us July 26-August 2 for a week of Neal’s inner critic/spiritual sessions, sprinkled with writing sessions led by Annie and Neal, plus yoga with Amanda Freed, 12-step meetings, and meditation available daily for those who want them.
We will be our own pod at the beach/jungle resort, alongside a separate program — kirtan school with Neal and Annie’s friend Jai Uttal. Go to bluespiritcostarica.com to get an idea of the place. The cost is $1,500-$3,750 per person depending on the lodging, including all meals and sessions, yoga, and meditation, but not airfare and transfers (a three-hour shuttle or car ride from the Liberia, Costa Rica airport on the west coast.)
